FReeZA is a Victorian Government program that gives young people aged 12-25 years the opportunity develop and coordinate local music events and other cultural, recreational and artistic activities including sports events and festivals.
Through the Word and Mouth FReeZA committee, Distortion, young people have the chance to:
- Determine what type of events and cultural activities they want in the local community
- Participate in delivering events and cultural activities
- Be involved in youth development and training activities
